Last updated 19 June 2026. By creating an account at RoboCat Australia you agree to the terms below. Plain-English summary first, full clauses underneath.
RoboCat Australia is a marketing channel operated by RoboCat N.V., a company registered in Curaçao under company number 167428, holding gaming licence #1668/JAZ issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA). The registered office address is Heelsumstraat 51, E-Commerce Park Unit 102, Willemstad, Curaçao. Players may contact the operator via [email protected] for any service question, regulatory complaint or escalation.
You must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of Australia, and not on the Australian BetStop national self-exclusion register. Persons employed by RoboCat, its software providers, its payment processors, or any affiliate marketing partner are not eligible to open a real-money account. The Operator reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion to any individual deemed at high risk of harm or fraud, including persons exhibiting compulsive gambling behaviour.
Only one account per natural person, per household, per IP address, per device fingerprint, per payment method and per registered email is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any winnings on the duplicate account will be voided. If multiple residents of the same household wish to play, all parties must contact [email protected] in writing before depositing for explicit approval. Failure to disclose results in confiscation of all bonus-derived winnings.
Account currency is Australian Dollars (AUD) and cannot be changed after registration. The service language for the Australian-facing interface is English. Translations of these terms into other languages are provided for convenience only; the English text prevails in any dispute.
The minimum deposit is AU$10 via PayID, Mastercard, Visa, BPAY and cryptocurrency. Neosurf voucher deposits start at AU$20. All deposits are credited in real time except BPAY (2–6 hours) and Bitcoin (10–30 minutes). The Operator does not charge any deposit fees; third-party charges (e.g. card cash-advance fees applied by your bank) are your responsibility. The Operator may refuse a deposit at its sole discretion, including where the source of funds is unclear or where the deposit pattern exhibits structuring behaviour intended to circumvent KYC thresholds.
Withdrawals route to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with payment-rail traceability rules. PayID withdrawals clear in 0–10 minutes once approved. Card withdrawals take 1–3 business days. Crypto withdrawals clear in 3–45 minutes depending on the network. The Operator processes withdrawal approvals 24/7, with a median approval time of 14 minutes outside KYC review windows. Withdrawal caps scale with VIP tier (see VIP Club). Bronze players are limited to AU$15,000 per week; Diamond players are uncapped.
Identity verification (KYC) is triggered the first time your lifetime withdrawal total exceeds AU$2,000, or sooner at the Operator's risk-engine discretion. Acceptable documents are: (a) a valid Australian driver licence, passport or proof-of-age card; and (b) a recent utility bill, bank statement or rates notice issued within the past 90 days at your registered address. Source-of-funds documentation may be requested for cumulative deposits exceeding AU$15,000. Standard KYC processing time is two business hours.
Full bonus rules are published on the Welcome Bonus page. Key principles: the welcome match wagering requirement is 35× the bonus amount only (not bonus + deposit); the wagering window is 30 days from the moment the bonus credits; maximum bet during wagering is AU$8 per spin; free-spin winnings are capped per the published schedule; the bonus is cashable, with a max-win conversion ceiling of 10× the bonus amount. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opposing-bet structures in roulette or coordinated multi-account play, will result in account suspension and confiscation of bonus-derived winnings.
The Operator forbids: (a) use of automated software, bots or scripts; (b) collusion with other players; (c) exploitation of known software bugs; (d) account sharing; (e) chargeback abuse; (f) use of stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment instruments; (g) deliberate misrepresentation at signup or KYC. Suspected fair-play violations trigger an immediate freeze on the affected account pending investigation, which usually completes within five business days. If wrongdoing is confirmed, the Operator may close the account, void winnings and pursue civil recovery.
If a game malfunction interrupts a spin, the bet is automatically settled on the server side and credited to your balance. No spin result is lost. If a game displays incorrect odds, payouts or prize amounts due to a software fault, the Operator reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund the original stake, regardless of any displayed payout.
An account that has not registered any login, deposit, withdrawal or wager for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. A AU$10/month administrative fee is applied to dormant balances starting the 13th month, capped at the available balance. Accounts can be reactivated at any time by logging in; reactivation does not refund prior dormancy fees but stops further accrual immediately.
You may close your account at any time via Account → Settings → Close Account or by emailing [email protected]. Closure is processed within one business day. Any remaining cash balance is returned via your registered withdrawal method. Bonus balances are forfeited on closure. Self-exclusion (see Responsible Gambling) is a stronger option that prevents reopening for a defined period.
Step 1: contact [email protected] with the subject "Complaint" and a clear description. Most issues resolve within 24 hours. Step 2: if unresolved, escalate to [email protected] to reach the compliance manager (5-business-day SLA). Step 3: external mediation via the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Australian players may also approach the eCOGRA international dispute service. The Operator agrees to abide by binding decisions from either body.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Operator complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) in respect of Australian players, including the Australian Privacy Principles regarding the collection, storage, disclosure and correction of personal information.
The Operator may amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days before they take effect, and a banner will appear on your next login. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before they take effect with no penalty and full balance return.
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
